  • Soak the dalia in warm water for an hour. This helps soften the grains and reduce cooking time.
    Crunchy cooked millet grains, healthy and nutritious. Perfect base for various delicious recipes and food stories.
  • Finely chop the mixed vegetables.
    Chopped tomatoes, green beans, lettuce, beetroot, and green chili peppers on a metal plate.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the ginger-turmeric paste and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
    Fresh mixed vegetable stir-fry with tomatoes, green beans, eggplants, and spices, cooked in a skillet.
  • Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender-crisp.
  • Add the soaked dalia to the pan and stir well to combine with the vegetables and spices.
  • Add the garam masala and salt. Stir to distribute the spices evenly.
