An awesomely refreshing and a bit tangy innovative idea by me to sip this Summers. Roohafza in combination with lemon juice and sabza seeds makes for an invigorating drink that is literally a show stealer for sure. Easy to make and revitalizes your body to pep you up for the rest of the day and the innumerable activities that lie ahead in store for you. Sip your way to lend a cool start to your day either at breakfast or brunch or just about at any time to beat the incessant heat waves that are just too difficult to handle.
Roohafza 2 tbsp
Chilled water 1 glass
Chia seeds or sabza seeds 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2-3
Lemon small 1
Soak chia seeds in some water for atleast 20 minutes.
Squeeze the juice of a small lemon in a glass of chilled water.
Stir in roohafza syrup and the chia seeds too. Mix well and garnish with a few mint leaves before serving.
