Instructions

  • Take a glass of chilled water. Stir in Roohafza.
  • Throw in a few mint leaves for the added freshness and zing. Serve it right away with added ice cubes.

Recipe Notes

This recipe is for a single serving. As far as  making it for the whole family is concerned, make it in a big pitcher accordingly and refrigerate until ready to serve. This way it is chilled as well as the flavours get infused thoroughly too.

Additional Tips

  • For an extra layer of flavor, muddle a few fresh mint leaves at the bottom of the glass before pouring in the Roohafza mixture—this releases essential oils and intensifies the minty freshness.
  • Make it a fizzy treat by swapping out water with chilled club soda or lemon-lime sparkling water for a festive, mocktail-style version.
  • To serve a crowd or keep it chilled for longer, prepare a batch ahead and freeze into ice cubes; add these to your drinks to avoid dilution as they melt.
  • For a decadent twist, top the sherbet with a splash of rosewater and a sprinkle of edible dried rose petals before serving for a beautiful presentation and aromatic touch.
