Ingredients
 

For the Pineapple Puree

  • 1 Pineapple about 2 lbs, ripe
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 100 ml Water or club soda, or sparkling water
  • 1-2 tbsp Sugar optional, to taste; adjust according to pineapple sweetness

Prepare the Pineapple Puree

  • Peel and chop the pineapple into chunks.
  • Combine the pineapple chunks, lemon juice, water (or sparkling water/club soda), and sugar (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the pineapple puree to a pitcher or jar and refrigerate.

Assemble the Punch

  • Fill glasses about 1/3 full with crushed ice.
  • Pour the chilled pineapple puree into each glass, filling them about 2/3 full.
  • Gently pour the Kinu orange juice over the pineapple puree.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
