Ingredients
 

For the Lemonade Base

  • 80 ml Lemon Juice freshly squeezed, or more to taste
  • 2 tsp Honey organic, or to taste. adjust to your preferred sweetness.
  • 1/2 tsp Rock Salt or sea salt, to taste. enhances the lemon flavor.
  • 2 cup Water chilled, filtered water is recommended.

For Sparkling & Garnish

  • 1 cup Club Soda chilled
  • 8-12 Ice Cubes optional, but recommended for extra chill
  • 1/2 cup Muscato Grapes fresh, for added sweetness and visual appeal, red
  • 16 leaves Holy Basil fresh, for garnish. tulsi is another name for this herb.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Lemonade Base

  • Blend the lemon juice, honey, rock salt, and chilled water until the honey is completely dissolved.

Chill and Combine

  • Chill the lemonade mixture in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Finishing Touches

  • Pour the chilled lemonade into a pitcher. Just before serving, gently stir in the chilled club soda and red muscato grapes.

Serve

  • Stir gently, and pour into serving glasses filled with ice (optional). Garnish each glass with fresh holy basil leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled!
