  • 1 Chili whole, dry; adjust quantity to your spice preference, red
  • 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste

  • 1 Onion medium-sized, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Ghee ghee; you can substitute with butter, but ghee adds a richer flavor
