Adjust Consistency & Season

  • Taste and adjust seasoning with more black salt and pepper as needed. Add more water if you prefer a thinner soup.

Chill & Serve

Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for the Perfect Gazpacho

  • For a smoother texture, strain the gazpacho through a fine-mesh sieve after blending.
  • Adjust the bread quantity to achieve your desired consistency. More bread creates a creamier soup.
  • Feel free to experiment with other vegetables and herbs! Cucumber, bell peppers, or jalapenos can add extra flavor and complexity.
  • For a beautiful presentation, consider using a small ice cube to chill the bowl before serving.
