- 4 cup Watermelon cubed, seedless
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder also known as dhania
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder also known as jeera
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground, optional
- 1/4 tsp Salt or to taste
Optional additions
- 1/4 cup Onion red, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves chopped, fresh
Instructions
Prepare the Watermelon
- Cut a watermelon into slices, remove the seeds, and cube the flesh.
