- 0.25 tsp Chaat Masala
- 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds roasted
- 1 Tbsp Honey
Water
- 0.5 cup Water
Instructions

- Peel and remove the seed from the cooked mango. Scoop out the pulp and discard the skin and seed.
- Transfer the mango pulp to a blender.
- Add the fresh mint leaves to the blender.
- Peel and segment the orange. Remove any seeds.
- Add the orange segments to the blender with the mango and mint.
- Pour in the water. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- Add the honey to the blended mixture.
- Stir in the roasted cumin seeds, black salt, and chaat masala. This adds a depth of flavor and a touch of spice.
- For an extra burst of freshness, garnish with a few orange segments before serving.
Recipe Notes
Good To Know
- For a more intense pudina (mint) flavor, muddle the mint leaves with a mortar and pestle before blending them into the drink, or infuse the leaves in warm water for 10 minutes and use this minty water.
- If you prefer a pulpier texture, reserve a few spoonfuls of orange and mango pulp after blending and stir them into the final drink for bursts of fruity flavor in every sip.
- To serve Aam ka panna as a party mocktail, rim your glasses with a mixture of black salt and cumin powder, then garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig and a thin orange slice for a vibrant presentation.
Expert Tips
- Adjust the sweetness and tanginess to your liking by adding more sugar or lemon juice, respectively.
- For a creamier version, blend in a few tablespoons of yogurt or coconut milk.
- Experiment with other spices like cardamom or ginger for a unique twist.
Storage Instructions
- For longer storage, prepare the concentrate (without diluting with water or ice) and refrigerate in a sterilized bottle for up to a week; mix with chilled water and ice just before serving.
