Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Sugar Syrup prepared as above
- 1/2 Lemon juice of
- 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 4-6 cubes Ice Cubes
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Basil Seeds soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions
Prepare the Sugar Syrup
- Combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool completely.
Assemble the Drink
- In a tall glass, combine the sugar syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, basil seeds, and salt.
Shake and Serve
