Ingredients
 

For the Mint Infusion

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 10 leaves Mint fresh leaves

For the Mocktail

  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice fresh
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1/4 cup Nannari Syrup adjust to taste. simple syrup can be made by simmering equal parts sugar and water until dissolved., or simple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to enhance the flavors; adjust to taste.
  • Water as needed Water for adjusting consistency
  • Optional Orange Zest a small amount for added aroma and visual appeal
  • Ice cubes Ice

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mint Infusion

  • Steep 10 fresh mint leaves in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain and let cool completely. Refrigerate.

Make Mint Ice Cubes

  • In ice cube trays, add a few small pieces of mint leaves, a tiny bit of orange zest (optional), and water. Freeze.

Make Nannari Syrup Ice Cubes

  • Mix nannari syrup (or simple syrup) with water in an ice cube tray and freeze. This may take longer than the mint cubes.

Assemble the Mocktail

  • In a glass, combine 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and a splash of water. Stir gently.

Add Ice Cubes and Serve

  • Add the frozen nannari syrup cubes and the frozen mint leaf cubes to the glass. Serve immediately with a stirrer.
