Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for Perfect Mango Kiwi Popsicles

  • For a richer flavor, use very ripe mangoes.
  • If your mangoes aren't fully frozen, you may need to add a few ice cubes to the blender to achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Experiment with different fruit combinations! Strawberries, blueberries, or pineapple would also be delicious additions.
  • To prevent ice crystals from forming, make sure to use high-quality popsicle molds and freeze the popsicles quickly.
