Ingredients
For the Kiwi Puree
- 3 Kiwi green kiwis, peeled
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
For the Lemonade
- 1 cup Water or club soda for extra fizz
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Simple Syrup adjust to your desired sweetness. see instructions for recipe.
Instructions
Make the Kiwi Puree
- Blend 3 peeled kiwis, 1/2 cup water, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a blender until completely smooth.
Prepare the Simple Syrup (Optional)
- If using, combine equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Let cool completely.
Assemble the Lemonade
- Divide the kiwi puree between two glasses filled with ice.
- Add 1 cup of water (or club soda) to each glass.
- Stir in simple syrup to taste.
Garnish and Serve
