  • 1/2 cup Coriander fresh coriander leaves, including stems. about 1-2 bunches.

For the Spice Blend

  • 1 tsp Cumin cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Salt black, kala namak; adds a unique savory and slightly eggy flavor.

  • Optional Cumin cumin powder; for garnish
