Raw banana parathaRaw banana has many health benefits and very good diabetic patients. Whole banana tree is useful, it cultivated in coastal areas. Some people avoid to consume potato, I made this paratha for those who are diabetic.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Banana (raw, mashed )
- 1 cup Dough (wheat dough)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder (roasted )
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped)
- Sesame Oil (for shallow fry)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Boil the banana then mash. Now shallow fry the garlic add mashed banana.
- Stir for a few minutes add chopped green chillies and salt to taste. Mix evenly then keep rest for cool.
- Spread the wheat dough the fill with cooked banana. Again spread and bake with applying sesame oil. Serve with any combination as you like.
