- 1 large Potato and mashed, boiled, peeled, sweet, sweet potato

- 2 tablespoons Clarified Butter or clarified butter; homemade ghee recommended
- 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese for added protein and creaminess, optional
- Oil Vegetable Oil alternative to ghee, as needed, if preferred.
Instructions
Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
- Mash the boiled and peeled sweet potato until smooth.
Combine Ingredients
- In a bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, semolina, cottage cheese (if using), and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.

- Roll the mixture into small balls. Flatten each ball into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
