- 250 gm Cottage Cheese indian cottage cheese, cut into 2-inch finger slices
- 1 Bell Peppers capsicum, medium-sized, thinly sliced
- 1 Onion medium-sized, thinly sliced
- 10 Wooden Skewers soak in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Sugar brown
For Grilling
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil for greasing the grill
Instructions
Marinate the Paneer
- Combine paneer, bell pepper, onion, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, ginger-garlic paste, honey, and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated. Marinate for at least 60 minutes in the refrigerator for optimal flavor.
Prepare the Skewers
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread the marinated paneer, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating ingredients for an appealing look.
