- 1/4 cup Raisins

- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of milk and the custard powder until smooth. Set aside.
Cook the Custard Base
- In a medium saucepan, heat the remaining milk over medium heat. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
Combine and Thicken
- Once the milk is hot, but not boiling, slowly whisk in the custard mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture thickens significantly. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
