Ingredients
- 1 cup Graham Crackers for tart nutri choice cracker graham crackers for crust
- 8 Mango Puree thick- tbsp. (alphonso mango)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Caster Sugar for crust
- 3/4 tbsp Gelatin veg
- 6 tbsp Hung Yogurt
- tbsp Gelatin or water water bloom
- 1 tbsp Custard Powder for vanilla custard
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Milk 3/4th
- 1 cup Garnishing or mango for sliced mango
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
Instructions
Prepare the Crust
- Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 4-inch springform pan.
- Chill in the freezer for at least 15-20 minutes to set.
Make the Mango Filling
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mango puree, hung curd, and sugar until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Heat the bloomed gelatin over low heat, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Whisk the dissolved gelatin into the mango mixture until well combined.
Prepare the Custard
- In a saucepan, whisk together milk, custard powder, and sugar.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a simmer. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Assemble and Chill
- Pour the mango filling into the chilled graham cracker crust.
- Spread the cooled custard evenly over the mango filling.
- Cover the tart with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6-7 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set completely.
