I made a thick uttapam, spread some pizza sauce, added the veggies of my son's choice and generously sprinkled it with cheese. Close the snackbox soon after this and the cheese melts with the steam of the food. While it was so tasty, I was doubly happy because it was guilt free healthy batter base. - Dosa Batter multigrain from farm2familiez
- Onion chopped
- Tomato chopped
- Chopped Capsicums chopped capsicums
- Grated Carrot
- Cheese grated
- a Herbs or chaat your choice i used chaat masal for desi flavour

Instructions
- Make a plan thick uttapam with the dosa batter
- Remove from flame and spread pizza sauce
- Add all veggies of your choice
- Some salt and seasoning
- Garnish with a generous quantity of cheese
- Close the lid and let the cheese melt in the steam
