- Dosa Batter multigrain from farm2familiez
- Onion chopped
- Tomatoes chopped
- Bell Peppers chopped, chopped capsicums
- Carrot grated
- Cheese grated
- 1 Herbs or chaat your choice i used chaat masal for desi flavour
Instructions
- Make a plan thick uttapam with the dosa batter
- Remove from flame and spread pizza sauce
- Add all veggies of your choice
- Some salt and seasoning
- Garnish with a generous quantity of cheese
- Close the lid and let the cheese melt in the steam
