- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
- 1 cup Sugar demerara or granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Coffee Powder instant

- 1 cup Water boiling
- 1 tbsp Vinegar white
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil or vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Sugar for dusting. vanilla powdered sugar or coconut sugar are optional., powdered

- 1 Mixing Bowls
- 1 Whisk

Instructions
Prepare the Oven and Dry Ingredients
- Preheat your oven to 340°F (170°C) for 10 minutes. In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and baking soda. Add the Demerara sugar and mix well.
