  • 1 cup Hung Yogurt greek yogurt, thick, strained yogurt. you can make your own by lining a strainer with cheesecloth and letting plain yogurt drain for several hours in the refrigerator.
  • 1 cup Watermelon cubed
  • 2 tbsp Sugar adjust to your sweetness preference
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder elaichi; freshly ground is best
  • 1 cup Mango peeled and pureed, ripe

For Garnish (Optional)

  • 10 leaves Mint
  • 1/4 cup Nuts pistachios, almonds, chopped, or cashews

Prepare the Mango

  • Puree 1 cup of ripe mango.

Combine the Shrikhand Ingredients

  • In a bowl, whisk together the hung curd, sugar, and cardamom powder until smooth.

Add Watermelon
