About this Recipe

Yummlicious creamy mango icecream

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 250-300 ml Cream
  • Half a can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1- 1 & 1/2 cup of Mango puree( either fresh mangoes or tinned)
How to cook?
  1. I have used Amul 25% fat cream. That is why I had to add milk powder too. In case you are using cream of any other brand like Rich, then there is no-need to add milk powder.
  2. Use a hand held blender or food processor.
  3. Take the chilled cream and whisk till soft peaks are formed
  4. Add half a can of condensed milk and 1 cup milk powder. Give a quick mix. Now add 1-1 1/2 cup of mango puree( either fresh mangoes or tinned)
  5. Give a quick whisk.
  6. Pour in an air tight container. Freeze it.
