Ingredients
 

  • 2 Kiwi medium ripe, peeled and diced (about 1 cup / 150 g)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 12g
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh, 30 ml
  • 2 cups Sprite chilled, or lemon-lime soda 480 ml
  • 2-3 slices Lime Thin, optional
  • 1/2 Kiwi extra diced, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the diced kiwi, granulated sugar, and fresh lime juice to a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Divide the kiwi mixture evenly between two serving glasses.
  • Slowly pour 1 cup of chilled Sprite into each glass.
  • Stir gently once or twice.
  • Garnish with thin lime slices or extra diced kiwi.
  • Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Recipe Notes

  • Use ripe kiwi for the sweetest flavor and the smoothest texture.
  • Adjust the sugar depending on how sweet the kiwi is.
  • Keep the Sprite chilled and add it just before serving to preserve the fizz.
  • For a less sweet drink, replace some or all of the Sprite with sparkling water.
