Ingredients
- 2 Kiwi medium ripe, peeled and diced (about 1 cup / 150 g)
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 12g
- 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh, 30 ml
- 2 cups Sprite chilled, or lemon-lime soda 480 ml
- 2-3 slices Lime Thin, optional
- 1/2 Kiwi extra diced, optional
Instructions
- Add the diced kiwi, granulated sugar, and fresh lime juice to a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Divide the kiwi mixture evenly between two serving glasses.
- Slowly pour 1 cup of chilled Sprite into each glass.
- Stir gently once or twice.
- Garnish with thin lime slices or extra diced kiwi.
- Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

- Use ripe kiwi for the sweetest flavor and the smoothest texture.
