Ingredients
- 1 tsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 pinch Saffron Strands of kaiser
- 1 glass Soda Water
- 5.5 cubes Ice Cubes cubes, ice
Instructions
- Take 2 tbsp hot water soak Kaiser threads. Let it desolve.
- Pour into the glass add coconut sugar. Mix with soda water. Add ice cubes and serve.
Recipe Notes
After adding the soda water it should drink immediately.
Additional Tips
- For a more pronounced saffron (kesar) flavor and color, soak a few strands of saffron in a tablespoon of warm water or milk for 10 minutes, then add this infusion to the drink before topping with soda water.
