Ingredients
- 5 hibiscus
- 5 mint leaves
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp palm sugar

Instructions
- In a pan add water and boil hibiscus flowers and palm sugar.
- Strain and let it cool
- Add the crushed mint leaves and lemon juice.
- Mix well and serve.
Recipe Notes
if you add palm sugar , you will get the dark brown colour.
If u add white sugar , you will get red colour juice.
