  • In a pan add water and boil hibiscus flowers and palm sugar.
  • Strain and let it cool
  • Add the crushed mint leaves and lemon juice.
  • Mix well and serve.

Recipe Notes

if  you add palm sugar , you will get the dark brown colour.
If u add white sugar , you will get red colour juice.
