About Vegetables Soup
Ayurvedic vegetables soup very easy to make. We have to search the ayurvedic ingredients. I added Fenugreek seeds powder which is very good for diabetics and hypertension patients.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl vegetables chopped
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek powder
- 1 Bay leaves
- 2-3 Black corn
- 1/2 bunch Lemon grass
- 1-2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
- Chop some vegetables and boil them until soft.
- Add bay leaves, black corn, lemon grass and pink salt. Mash the vegetables to make a thick broth.
- Finally switch off the flame add Fenugreek seeds powder and lemon juice.
