Ayurvedic vegetables soup very easy to make. We have to search the ayurvedic ingredients. I added Fenugreek seeds powder which is very good for diabetics and hypertension patients.

  • 1 bowl vegetables chopped
  • Black corn
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek powder
  • Bay leaves
  • Black corn
  • Lemon grass
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Chop some vegetables and boil them until soft.

  • Add bay leaves, black corn, lemon grass and pink salt. Mash the vegetables to make a thick broth.

  • Finally switch off the flame add Fenugreek seeds powder and lemon juice.
