Ayurvedic vegetables soup very easy to make. We have to search the ayurvedic ingredients. I added Fenugreek seeds powder which is very good for diabetics and hypertension patients.
1 bowl chopped vegetables
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds powder
Salt to taste
Chop some vegetables and boil them until soft.
Add bay leaves, black corn, lemon grass and pink salt. Mash the vegetables to make a thick broth.
Finally switch off the flame add Fenugreek seeds powder and lemon juice.
