In the winter we like to warm up. We get fresh seasonal vegetables. I made this healthy soup with healthy ingredient.

Ingredients
- 1 vegetables (bowl mixed raw veggies)
- ¼ cup mushrooms (chopped )
- ¼ cup barnyard (flakes)
- ¼ cup ragi (flakes)
- 1 tsp garlic (chopped )
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- ½ cup coconut milk (with raw turmeric)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil (for tempering)
- 1 tsp oregano
- Himalayan Pink Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Take a pan add a glass of water to boil. Add grated veggies, chopped mushrooms and salt to taste.
- After cooking add lemon juice, coconut milk with raw turmeric.
- Add barnyard flakes and ragi flakes then put off the burner.
- In otherside heat olive oil chopped garlic and chopped green chilli.
- Spread on the soup, garnish with oregano and coconut milk.
