- 250 gm Cauliflower Greens also known as phool gobhi ke patte
- 1 Potato medium-sized, peeled and diced; optional

- 1-2 Chili adjust to taste, finely chopped, green
- 2 clove Garlic finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida hing
