Fried Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4 slice Bread fresh
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Cut the edges of the bread.
- Press the bread with rolling pin.
- Stuff one scoop of ice cream on the bread and cover with another bread tightly and lock them.
- Keep in the freezer for one hour
- Heat the oil in a wok.
- Add the ice cream roll.
- Deep fry till light brown.
- Place on the plate and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
- Serve it.
