  • 1 scoop Ice cream vanilla
  • 2 Biscuit Marie biscuit
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour maida
  • 2 tbsp Semolina suji
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste

  • Spread ice cream over marie biscuits.
  • Now cover this stuffed biscuit to another biscuit.
  • Take a bowl add all purpose flour,salt,and water and mix well.
  • Make a smooth batter.

  • Fry the ice cream sandwich golden n crispy.
  • Drain extra oil.
  • Serve hot or cold as you like it.
