Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
- 2 Marie biscuit
- 2 tablespoon All purpose flour maida
- 2 tablespoon Semolina suji
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Spread ice cream over marie biscuits.
- Now cover this stuffed biscuit to another biscuit.
- Take a bowl add all purpose flour,salt,and water and mix well.
- Make a smooth batter.
- Dip the biscuit ice cream in this batter and coat them with suji / semolina.
- Fry the ice cream sandwich golden n crispy.
- Drain extra oil.
- Serve hot or cold as you like it.
