  • 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Marie biscuit
  • 2 tablespoon All purpose flour maida
  • 2 tablespoon Semolina suji
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Spread ice cream over marie biscuits.
  • Now cover this stuffed biscuit to another biscuit.
  • Take a bowl add all purpose flour,salt,and water and mix well.
  • Make a smooth batter.
  • Dip the biscuit ice cream in this batter and coat them with suji / semolina.
  • Fry the ice cream sandwich golden n crispy.
  • Drain extra oil.
  • Serve hot or cold as you like it.
