  • Trim both ends of each okra pod and carefully slit each pod lengthwise, almost all the way through, creating a pocket for the filling.

  • In a medium bowl, combine the ground coconut mixture, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, dried mango powder, and salt. Mix well to create a homogenous stuffing.
