  • 4 Potato medium-sized, peeled and grated
  • 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste

Prepare the Potatoes

  • Grate the potatoes and wash them thoroughly. Drain excess water and sprinkle with salt. Set aside to drain.

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  • Add finely chopped green chilies, curry leaves, and 1 tablespoon of crushed roasted peanuts. Sauté briefly.

Cook the Potatoes

  • Drain any excess water released from the salted potatoes. Add the grated potatoes to the pan and mix well with the spice tempering.
