Malpua is one of the favourite dessert of Bengal. There are variety of malpua, this is one of the chena malpua, which is occasionally made in festival. Normally it is done by sugar syrup but here I used jaggery syrup.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Chena
- 2 tbsp Semolina
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- Jagerry (or syrup syrup)
- handful handful Raisin
- Cardamom
- Black Cardamom
- Pinch Saffron

Instructions
- Make a thin syrup with jaggery and green cardamom. Then keep aside.
- Mash the chena with semolina and milk powder. Make a smooth dough then divide in small round size. I have filled with raisin then deep fry.
- After frying dip in syrup for 20- 30 minutes. Now it is ready to serve.
