  • Boil the milk and make it one fourth. Then make a paste with rice flour and little milk. In order side soak few saffron threads with little milk.

  • Now add the rice paste and stir continuously it will be a semi thick consistency then add soaked saffron. Switch off the flame and make it normal temperature.

  • Now add soaked dry fruits, grated Chena into the payesh. Then sprinkle coconut sugar now ready to serve.
