About Chanar Payesh (kheer With Chena)
It is a traditional recipe of Bengal. I made the recipe with main ingredients cow milk and coconut sugar. This recipe is often made.

Ingredients
- 500 gm Cow Milk
- 50 gm Chena
- 2 tbsp Fruits soaked dry
- 1 tsp Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Rice Flour
- Saffron soaked

Instructions
- Boil the milk and make it one fourth. Then make a paste with rice flour and little milk. In order side soak few saffron threads with little milk.
- Now add the rice paste and stir continuously it will be a semi thick consistency then add soaked saffron. Switch off the flame and make it normal temperature.
- Now add soaked dry fruits, grated Chena into the payesh. Then sprinkle coconut sugar now ready to serve.
