- 500 gm cow milk
- 50 gm chena
- 2 tbsp soaked dry fruits
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp rice flour
- Saffron soaked

- Boil the milk and make it one fourth. Then make a paste with rice flour and little milk. In order side soak few saffron threads with little milk.
- Now add the rice paste and stir continuously it will be a semi thick consistency then add soaked saffron. Switch off the flame and make it normal temperature.
- Now add soaked dry fruits, grated Chena into the payesh. Then sprinkle coconut sugar now ready to serve.
