- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Gram Flour besan
- 1/2 cup Water as needed for desired consistency, or more

- 2 tbsp Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetable Filling
- Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the chopped carrots, beetroot, cabbage, papaya, and mushrooms. Cook until slightly softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the green chili, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
- Set aside to cool.
Make the Batter
- In a bowl, whisk together rice flour, chickpea flour, salt, and a little water to form a smooth batter. The consistency should be similar to pancake batter. Add more water as needed.
Cook the Wraps
- Lightly brush a non-stick pan or griddle with oil and heat over medium heat.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag or ziplock bag with a corner snipped off.
- Pipe the batter onto the hot pan in a thin, circular or oval shape, leaving some space between each wrap.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Assemble and Serve
- Spoon the cooled vegetable filling onto one half of each cooked wrap.
- Fold the other half over the filling to create a half-moon shape.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
