- 1/2 cup Gram Flour also known as besan
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds roasted
- 1 tsp Cumin ground cumin
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 2 tsp Chili Powder or to taste, red

- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Oil for frying
Instructions
Prepare the Spinach Mixture
- Clean, wash, and finely chop the spinach.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and saute until fragrant.
- Add the ginger, green chilies, and onion; saute until softened.
- Add the chopped spinach, grated potato, and gram flour. Mix well, ensuring the mixture is evenly combined and slightly moist.
- Stir in the salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and lemon juice. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Let the mixture cool slightly before shaping the rolls.
Shape and Fry the Rolls
- Once the mixture has cooled, form it into small, cylindrical rolls (about 2-3 inches long).
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Carefully place the rolls into the hot oil.
