  • 1 medium Potato and grated, boiled, peeled
  • 1/2 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1-2 Chili Pepper adjust to taste, finely chopped, green
  • 1/4 cup Coriander finely chopped (cilantro), fresh
  • 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped

Prepare the Spinach Mixture

  • Clean, wash, and finely chop the spinach.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and saute until fragrant.
  • Add the ginger, green chilies, and onion; saute until softened.
  • Add the chopped spinach, grated potato, and gram flour. Mix well, ensuring the mixture is evenly combined and slightly moist.
  • Stir in the salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and lemon juice. Mix well and remove from heat.
