Expert Tips for Perfect Tornado Potatoes
- For extra crispy potatoes, lightly toss them in olive oil before applying the garlic butter.
- Use a mandoline slicer or vegetable peeler for super thin, even potato slices. A sharp knife works best for thicker slices.
- Experiment with different herbs and spices to create your own signature flavor combinations.
- Don't overcrowd the baking sheet. Allow space between the potato skewers for even cooking and browning.
