Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for Perfect Arbi Tikkis
- For extra crispy tikkis, allow the shaped patties to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before frying. This helps them firm up.
- Adjust the amount of red chili powder to control the spiciness level according to your preference.
- Don't overcrowd the pan while frying. Fry the tikkis in batches to ensure even browning and crispiness.
- If you prefer a healthier option, you can bake the tikkis in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
