  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and water to form a smooth, thin paste.

Shape and Coat the Rolls

  • Shape the paneer mixture into small cylindrical rolls. Dip each roll into the flour paste, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Then, roll the coated rolls in the crushed vermicelli, pressing gently to adhere.
