Ingredients
 

Paneer & Flour

  • 250 gm Cottage Cheese indian cheese
  • 250 gm Buckwheat Flour can substitute with a mix of buckwheat and cornflour for a lighter texture., kuttu ka atta

Spices & Seasoning

  • 10 gm Ginger finely chopped
  • 1.5 tsp Salt use fasting-approved salt (sendha namak) if needed.
  • 1 tsp Carom Seed carom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference., red

  • 1 tbsp Oil for coating the air fryer basket and paneer.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Paneer

  • Cut the paneer into 1-inch thick slices.

Marinate the Paneer

  • In a bowl, combine the chopped ginger, ajwain, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the buckwheat flour to the spice mixture.
  • Toss the paneer slices in the flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Let the paneer marinate for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Air Fry the Paneer Tikka

  • Preheat your Philips Airfryer to 180°C (350°F).
  • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.
