Ingredients
Paneer & Flour
- 250 gm Cottage Cheese indian cheese
- 250 gm Buckwheat Flour can substitute with a mix of buckwheat and cornflour for a lighter texture., kuttu ka atta
Spices & Seasoning
- 10 gm Ginger finely chopped
- 1.5 tsp Salt use fasting-approved salt (sendha namak) if needed.
- 1 tsp Carom Seed carom seeds
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference., red

- 1 tbsp Oil for coating the air fryer basket and paneer.
Instructions
Prepare the Paneer
- Cut the paneer into 1-inch thick slices.
Marinate the Paneer
- In a bowl, combine the chopped ginger, ajwain, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the buckwheat flour to the spice mixture.
- Toss the paneer slices in the flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Let the paneer marinate for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Air Fry the Paneer Tikka
