Ingredients
For the Paneer Marinade:
- 250 gm Paneer indian cheese. can be substituted with firm tofu.
- 2 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce red
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground, optional
Other Ingredients:
- 1 pack (approx. 100g) Noodles cooked and drained. any type works, such as egg noodles or even thin rice noodles.
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil for brushing the noodles.
Instructions
Prepare the Paneer Marinade
- Combine red chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, cornflour, rice flour, salt, and pepper (if using) in a bowl. Add the paneer cubes and toss well to coat. Marinate for at least 10-15 minutes.
Cook the Noodles
- Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain well and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Gently toss with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
Assemble and Air Fry
- Wrap each paneer cube with a small portion of the cooked noodles. Arrange the noodle-wrapped paneer in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. Adjust cooking time depending on your air fryer and desired crispness.
