Fruit & Sweetener

  • 2 medium Bananas frozen bananas create a creamy texture without the need for ice. adjust quantity based on desired sweetness., frozen
  • 1/2 tsp Optional: Honey Or Maple Syrup adjust to your preferred sweetness level. omit if using very ripe bananas.
  • 1/2 cup Ice optional, use if your bananas are not sufficiently frozen.
