  • 100 gm Milk Powder use good quality, full-fat milk powder.

Sweetener & Citrus

  • 3/4 cup Sugar adjust to your desired sweetness. granulated sugar works best.
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Zest finely grate the zest from 2 lemons.
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed lemon juice is preferred.

Optional Additions

  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom adds a warm, aromatic note (optional)., ground
