- 500 ml Milk whole milk, boiled and chilled
- 120 ml Khus Syrup readily available in indian grocery stores
- 1 tsp Mint fresh mint leaves, finely chopped, or 1/2 teaspoon mint powder
- 3 tbsp Fruits chopped almonds, and pistachios, cashews, dry, mixed
- Ice Cubes as needed
Optional additions
- 2 tbsp Rose Water for added fragrance and flavor
- 1 tbsp Sugar adjust to your sweetness preference. omit if using a pre-sweetened khus syrup.
Instructions
Prepare the Khus Mint Sharbat
- In a large bowl, combine the chilled milk and ice cubes. Mix well.
Add Khus Syrup and Mint
- Add the khus syrup and stir thoroughly to combine.
Incorporate Mint and Dry Fruits
