For the Sharbat

  • 500 ml Milk whole milk, boiled and chilled
  • 120 ml Khus Syrup readily available in indian grocery stores
  • 1 tsp Mint fresh mint leaves, finely chopped, or 1/2 teaspoon mint powder
  • 3 tbsp Fruits chopped almonds, and pistachios, cashews, dry, mixed
  • Ice Cubes as needed

Optional additions

  • 2 tbsp Rose Water for added fragrance and flavor
  • 1 tbsp Sugar adjust to your sweetness preference. omit if using a pre-sweetened khus syrup.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Khus Mint Sharbat

  • In a large bowl, combine the chilled milk and ice cubes. Mix well.

Add Khus Syrup and Mint

  • Add the khus syrup and stir thoroughly to combine.

Incorporate Mint and Dry Fruits

  • Add the chopped mint (or mint powder). Stir gently to ensure even distribution.
  • Add the mixed chopped dry fruits and stir gently.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate the sharbat for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the drink to chill thoroughly.
