Ingredients
Bel Fruit Pulp
- 70 gm Bilva Fruit Pulp golden apple or wood apple
Spices and Flavorings
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder roasted
- 1/4 tsp Salt black
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar or to taste
Liquid
- 150 ml Water
Instructions
- Soak the bilva fruit pulp in 100ml of water for 5 minutes to soften it.
- Gently mash the soaked pulp with your fingers to help release its flavor and nutrients.
- Strain the pulp mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any seeds or fibers. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable drink.
- Transfer the strained bilva pulp mixture to a blender.
- Add the roasted cumin powder, black salt, sugar, and chaat masala to the blender.
- Blend for about 30 seconds until the mixture is well combined.
- Strain the blended mixture once more through a sieve to achieve a smooth, velvety texture.
- To serve, add 2 tablespoons of the prepared bel mixture to a glass.
- Top with the remaining water and stir well to combine. Adjust sweetness as needed.
- Your refreshing Bel Ka Sharbat is ready! Serve chilled and enjoy.
