Ingredients
 

For the Aam Panna Concentrate

  • 2 cup Mango about 2 medium mangoes, peeled and chopped; ensure they are fully ripe but still firm for the best taste, raw
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves packed; about 1 generous handful
  • 1 tsp Salt black, kala namak; use more or less to your taste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt adjust to your preference
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder jeera powder; freshly roasted and ground for best flavor, roasted
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp Sugar or to taste; adjust based on the sweetness of the mangoes

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mangoes

  • Wash and boil the raw mangoes with their skins for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Allow to cool completely.

Blend the Ingredients

  • Peel the cooled mangoes and remove the seeds. Combine the mango pulp, mint leaves, black salt, table salt, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender.

Blend until Smooth

  • Blend until you achieve a smooth and thick consistency. Adjust the amount of water if needed to reach your desired thickness.

Freeze into Cubes

  • Pour the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.

Store for Later

  • Once frozen, pop the cubes out of the tray and store them in a freezer-safe zip-top bag for up to 2 months.
