- 250 gm Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces

- 4 cups Chicken Broth low sodium preferred

- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 0.5 tsp Pepper black, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp Neutral Oil such as vegetable or canola oil
Instructions
Prepare the Rice
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Set aside.
Sauté Aromatics
- Heat the oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the white parts of the spring onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Cook the Chicken
- Add the chicken pieces to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, until lightly browned.
Season and Add Rice
- Stir in the salt and pepper. Add the rinsed rice and sauté for another minute.
