Ingredients
For the Chicken Filling
- 100 gm Chicken Breast cooked and shredded or diced; you can also use leftover cooked chicken., boneless
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder optional, red
- 1 tsp Basil dried
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp Refined Oil or vegetable oil
For the Bread Discs
- 4 slices Bread use your favorite type of bread. thick-sliced works best.
- 1 cup Vegetables bell pepper, finely chopped; suggestions: onion, mixed, spring onion
- 3/4 cup Cheese a blend of mozzarella and cheddar is recommended., shredded
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce sweet
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Filling
- Heat refined oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Add the cooked chicken, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder (optional), basil, and salt. Cook until heated through.
Assemble the Bread Discs
- Cut the bread slices into large circles using a cookie cutter. Use a smaller cookie cutter to cut out the center of half of the bread circles, creating a ring shape.
- Brush the larger bread circles with olive oil and spread a thin layer of sweet chili sauce on each.
- Top each with a smaller ring-shaped bread circle.
- In the center of each, add a spoonful of chicken mixture, followed by the chopped vegetables and cheese.
Bake the Discs
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
Serve
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in a mixture of ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, and basil for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
