- 250 gm Chicken ground, or use pre-made chicken mince/paste
- 1 cup Breadcrumb
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Pepper black
- 2 tbsp Chicken Masala ready-made
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/2 cup Oil for deep frying
For the Chaat
- 2 Potatoes boiled and cubed, large
- 1 cup Peas boiled, green
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil for sauteing
- 1/4 cup Mint Leaves chopped, for garnish, fresh
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Fritters
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, garlic paste, ginger paste, black pepper, chicken masala, melted butter, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into small balls. Freeze for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Deep fry the chicken balls in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
Assemble the Chaat
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add boiled potatoes and peas; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in chaat masala and salt. Add lemon juice and toss to combine.
